We have about 5 NT machines that have been acting very
strangly over the last few months. It started with one
and seemed to "spread" to the others over a few weeks. I
was checking the Event log on 2 of them, and they both
have the same error several times in the same day, It read
The browser has received an illegal datagram from the
remote computer QA771C to name OUR_COMPUTER on transport
Nwlnk. The data is the datagram.
I replaced our computers name for security reasons. The
remote computer had many different names, I counted 9, and
it looks to be something like a port scan or something
like that, because I have gotten this error over 50 times
in under 20 minutes. Any thoughts would be greatly
appreciated.
