Are you stating that you have actually looked in the HKLM Run key to
ensure nothing is showing up there unexpectedly and that you know each
and every entry there is for a valid and good program? The directory
and program file mentioned don't exist or, if they do, they are paths to
a valid and good program? While you mention SpySweeper is popping up an
alert, you never mention that you ran a scan to check for spyware, only
that you turned off its monitoring of suspicious activity. Besides
SpySweeper, have you also ran a scan with a recently updated Ad-Aware
and Spybot? How about a full scan using a recently updated copy of your
anti-virus program?
