I have microsoft anitspyware installed. I just got redirected to a japanese
porn site when I clicked on a link. When I tried the link again it worked ok
but an antispyware notice popped up saying, on top, that a change had been
allowed (green) but underneath it said a change had been blocked. Makes no
sense. The message referred to shdocvw.dll. When I clicked on "help", in the
notice, a blank page came up. When I closed the blank page the spyware
notice disappeared before I could copy it. I think it said "the microsoft
doc object shdocvw.dll has been prevented from..." either changing, or
loading or something. I dont remember what. I did a spyware scan and it did
not detect any spyware. But then a notice on the spyware page said "number
of items detected, 1". Makes no sense. I cannot find any information on what
this "item detected" was (or is) or what to do about it. When I tried to
send a report to Microsoft about it (in the spyware program) it said
"submission failed, check you proxy settings". So far as I know, there is
nothing wrong with my proxy settings. Can you shed any light on this
situation? Thanks.
