spyware problem, please help

Hi, I have ran ad aware and spybot s&d and both have found some spyware on my
pc (win xp). i had these programs fix the selected problems. after i did
that i connect(dial up) to the internet ok, but internet explorer wont load
any webpage or allow me to send/recieve email via Microsoft Outlook. so i
restored the spyware and I.E. and my email worked. i have it now narrowed
down that if i remove the SAH spyware on my pc I.E. or email wont work.
WHY?? and How do i fix this?
