spyware find

can someone please tell me if this is ok to remove
C:\WINNT\System32\apemm.dll it came up on a BHODemon scan,
is it the cause or related to my spyware nightmare?

Have you right-clicked and checked the Properties? You can always move
it somewhere safe and see if anything breaks. apemm.dll is not in
\system32 on my Win XP pro system.

BHODemon gives me the option to remove it from my browser,
if i do i dont have the skill to put it back, my os is xp
home ed......i have all the tools spybot cws shreddr ect.
ect. my home page has been jacked!....norton found a
simaler thing c:/winnt/system32/eadb.ddl norton got it
and removed it and cws shredder got this - searchx - but
that keeps coming back....help!!!
