Are you talking about a company-owned computer, perhaps? If so, you may
want to check with your company's network administrator, as there may be
some new system policies in place. Otherwise, check out the following link

Also, if you suspect that the person changing your computer settings is
doing it *from your computer* while you are not around, you could create a
system/bios password.
