someone changed my password and secret question

hello. yesterday on the 20 of december i was trying to
come into my other account
yohanram@hotmail.com but i couldn't. i tried to change my
password but i realize that someob changed my secret
question.so what can i do in this case? i am afraid that
this person may use my mail to do something wrong with
people in my contact list.can u help me to stop this mail:
yohanram@hotmail.com or can u give me a new password to
sign in again.
