you have set it to not be shown, you send that pic in any message
interface. If you can't simply right click on the pic to copy it, you can
easily screen shot and trim to get it. I think he is pulling your leg.

Anyway, what exactly was this "photo that was displayed on my msn
messenger"? Something which you made available in some way? If other people
can see something then of course they can copy it, it doesn't always mean
they can get at anything else.
