Someone in my family must have put a password on my user
account (I have Windows XP) and forgot to tell me the
password. They did not create a "password hint" Is
there any way for me to log onto my computer now?

Hi

Have you tried to log on with the original Administrator user:

How to Log On to Windows XP If You Forget Your Password or Your
Password Expires

If that doesn't work out, you might try to reset the local Administrator
password with one of the methods mentioned here:

Thank you Torgeir. I'll give those ideas a try.

Might be easier, faster, and safer just to ask your family who changed
your password and to what. Your family can't be that big, especially
since only a certain few are obviously the only ones having
administrator privileges.
