Hi, I installed what was informed to me as a critical
program for my system windos 98 it was ' DirectX 9.06 end-
user runtime.'now at startup, I get a message
reading "error starting program"
" a required , DLL file, D.Sound. DLL was not found"
I would appreciate anyones help! PLEASE!
