Could be heat, bad fan/dirty fan and cpu veins, flaky power supply, electric
"noise" inside interfering with mouse io port.
Vacuum out everything inside, pull all cards and vacumm, clean connectors
with electric cleaner, reseat everything. If that is not it, not sure. Is
the cpu overclocked or any weird things like that?
