windows defender said that FREDOME.EXE might be causing a problem on my
computer. I know that this is some sort of security program. I have BellSouth
internet security. But can not find any info on this program. Any suggestions?

http://www.file.net/process/freedom.exe.html may prove useful.
Especially important in evaluating the situation are 1) where this
program exists and 2) what sort of security software you have installed.
