Randy it is not clear from your explanation what the problem is, can you
connect some times but not others?
Is this only happening with email from certain accounts?
Is the email deleted or is it just that you can't access it?
What email client do you use?
If you can't get to the email once is that is? Or can you get it later?

Please give us an update and we will do what we can to help.

Does "i want to open another window from my e-mail and nothing will open"
mean that you are trying to click a link in received email and sometimes
clicking on what looks like a URL opens a browser window and sometimes it
doesn't? If so, it might be that some of those sending emails to you are
actually including valid links while some are not. IIRC for a link to be
valid in OE it must include the full legal URL such as http://etc.etc while
ones that look like etc.etc or http:/etc.etc or http:\\etc.etc and other
defective variants are not treated as clickable links.
