Is there a way to allow domain users(or local IT) to have the ability to configure an IP address in circumstances without giving the users full access to the computer.

Unfortunately not in W2K without using runas which will require administrator
credentials. XP Pro and W2003 have a network configuration operators group of which
members can make most networking changes. --- Steve

Is there a way for a third part program to change the TCP/ip Settings and i
so what registry Hkeys would the program have to have access to or the user
