I think I was affected by this before patching. I am
sometimes being forced to visit certain sites, regardless
of what link/favorite I am clicking on. And once I put in
a particular URL and I get forced to other site, I can no
longer go back to that URL ever. ie . I type in
www.micro.com but get forced to www.dutch-sex.com. Now
every time I try and go to micro.com(regardless if its
from typing in URL,clicking a favortie, or clicking a link
from another page) I always get forced to dutch-sex.com

I have loaded update and problem still exists. Any ideas
on what I can do? I know a fair amount about computers,
but wouldn't call myself a techie by any stretch of the
imagination.

any help or ideas would be appreciated.

You'v been hijacked, probably by an entry in the HOSTS file. Troubleshooting
advice here:
