I have forgotten my supervisor password to internet
content, how do I get a new one or change it?

Do you still have an admin account? If so you should be
able to log onto your computer as administrator and have
access to anything on the system, as well as resetting
passwords for other accounts and creating accounts iwth
the desired access. I dunno, your post was somewhat
vague, if this doesn't help post more info.
