I have recieved a "Message Service" pop up window. The message tells me to
go >www.ms-repair.com<. Is this a legitimate site?

The message also tells me that my system has 72 errors, need to install
registry repair, run registry repair, and reboot the computer.

Thank you in advance for anyone who can help,

No. This is spam coming in via the Windows Messenger service (not to be
confused with an instant messenger program). This means a couple of
things:

1. You have an NT-based computer (Win2k, XP) that is not properly
protected with a firewall.

2. If you have XP, you don't have Service Pack 2 installed.

You need a firewall and to make sure you have all security updates
applied for your operating system. If you have Win2k, then disable the
Messenger service. XP's SP2 will do this automatically.
