It is a path and filename existing within the System restore store on your
machine.
Is this message coming from your antivirus?
If so, one way to remove these files is to disable system restore, and then
enable it immediately. This deletes all the restore points and removes the
file.
Such a file is only a danger to your system if you use that restore point to
restore your system to that date and time. Eventually, depending on your
available space and the settings of the System Restore feature, the restore
point may be over-written during normal system operation--but that could
take a long time.
