Hello,

I had several calls concerning the patch ms04-11 needed
for the sasser. There are articles about the problems
related to it, but nothing's talking about printers
malfunctioning. Anybody had similar problems? I asked
the local support people to reinstall the printers with
the drivers to see if the problem persists.

Well the printers were created again so the problem indeed
persists after reconfiguration

What kind of printer setup, network or local? anything
specific that would be handy to know about the setup? All
I know so far is that you have a printer that stopped
working and you re-installed them once and that it started
happening after updating windows. Maybe giving a bit of
detail with specific error messages or behavior, etc...

Yes, I've seen a printing problem with the KB835732 patch too. WinXP
SP1, Canon I320 printer. Install the patch, printer error msg:
'operation cannot be completed' Uninstall patch, printer works again.
