I have a flash drive, and i would like to put a passwork lock on it... does
anyone know how. or how about locking a file?

Third party software of your choice. Often the vendor will have an app for
it at their site. Check: http://www.snapfiles.com and they'll have some for
you in their freeware section if I recall.

Well you can use Third Party Softwares like Folder Lock to do what u desire..
