Hi,
3rd option was Log on to (e.g. domain or local (this) computer).
It looks like your computer is not part of domain any more (was removed from
domain). In this case you can only user local user accounts. Few of them
exist by default e.g. administrator (if it wasn't renamed). This account's
password was set during setup of your operating system. If you set this
computer up when you got it, try to remember what the password could be (did
you leave it blank?).
If you are able to get back as administrator your can add your computer back
to domain...
