On my DC I am locked out as the Administrator with a
message stating that the local computer policy does not
allow you to log on interactively. I have restarted with
out directory services and am able to change the local
computer policy settings however, I can not change the
Domain level security settings because I do not have AD
available to me. I have tried using NTRIGHTS with a
message of "success" When I restart, I still can not log
it. I have also tried connecting remotely using terminal
services but still recieve the same message. Is there
anything I can do, short of reinstalling to remove this
right at the domain level. I am able to log into a client
computer as administrator and I installed the
administrator tools but was, once again, not able to get
access to AD.

Any help would be appreceiated!!

thanks.

If you can log onto a domain computer as domain administrator and install Adminpak
you should be able to change Domain Controller Policy unless you are not allowed to
access a domain controller from the network also. The KB link below may be of some
help. --- Steve
