installing a cd game

I bouught a cd game yesterday. When I tryed to install it
today I received the folling message;

"1644: You do not have sufficient privileges to complete
this installation.
Log on as administrator (which I do not know how to
do) and then retry the installation.

Can anyone help me with this?

So, where you actually logged in as Administrator or under an account
that has admin-level privileges? If not then do so. If you don't have
an admin-level account, you'll have to talk to whomever is the actual
owner of that host or whomever can login as an admin-level user. If you
do not know how to login under Administrator or under an admin-level
account then it is very likely that you are not the administrator and
your account has been deliberately configured (either specifically or
because of the group to which it belongs) to NOT allow you to perform
software installs.
