I am going to assume a couple things. One, that your home
page keeps changing, and that two, your computer clock is
slow. Now, I would say it sounds like spy/ad ware. I
would recommend visiting the site listed below to get a
program that might help.
http://www.safer-networking.org/ - Home site for one of
the leading spyware/adware removers and provides usefull
information in general. Spybot search and destroy.
Download this program and have it search your computer for
spyware and ad ware. There are some other goods programs
for this out there and using more then one offers the best
protection. If this does not help let me know.
