When you say you "run" all those antispyware programs, does that mean
you've scanned with them or you have them all running resident? If the
latter, that really isn't recommended. I find that while I like Ewido a
great deal for cleaning up certain malware, I don't care for it running
resident. If you have Ewido, Windows Defender, and Spybot Tea Timer
running resident, that could be the cause of some of your slowdown.
Since I don't know what you've done, here are general malware removal
steps. Follow them systematically, doing all suggested preparatory
work.

link, if all else fails HijackThis is suggested. HijackThis is a
program which requires expert help so if you use it, post your HJT log
to one of the linked specialty forums (not here, please).
