Hi MR, As for your Newsgroup problem, do you do regular maintenance
in OE? Compact all folders often. (while offline) I do it everyday,
before shutting down. Also, check to make sure compacting in
background is not enabled. That causes corruption. If your newsgroup
accounts are very large, consider re-setting, compacting, and
re-downloading new headers. You can use your Outlook Express Help
file to learn how to do this. Here's a very good OE website to
research problems in OE.

You can contact the ZoneLabs User Forums by clicking on the "Join the
users forum" link inside the ?Help File located at top right of the
page in your ZoneAlarm Software. You can check your ports at the
ShieldsUp Port Scanning Site. Google is a good place to find the
link. Just type in Shields Up Port Scanner.
