Any help please

After I run Spybot Search & Destroy,what do I do with the 66 problems that
were found?Do I click on the "fix selected problems" tab?I am a moron when it
comes to these program things.Thanks for any help and Merry Christmas to all.

Click "Fix selected problems" and follow prompts.

If by some slight chance there are problems, you can use the "Recovery"
option to undo what was done.
This is rare and I have never needed the Recovery option.

Yes. I am aware of only one time when this caused a problem. Alas, the
individual who encountered the problem panicked, and did all of the wrong
things, instead of using Spybot's restore feature to undo the fix. Spybot
will undo a fix gone wrong.
