Hi Paula,
"Help Express" is Spyware/Adware. If your Virus Protection software has
detected this as spyware and offers the option or quarantine or delete, you
should do this to remove this malware. If your local Antivirus program is
not able to remove this, please consider using one of the common
anti-Spyware programs available for download on the Internet:
