Which one will work? the most effective one? If both of the two firewalls work and creat logs, whose logs will be trusted?

Are you talking about having two software firewalls installed on a
workstation? This isn't recommended - can you provide more info about your
setup?

Most likely of course.

Okay, two personal firewalls on one system? Two paralell firewalls?
Two in series? And did you consciously decide to use two?

Depends on the Firewall and OS. If you run something like Zone Alarm and the
Windows Firewall, most likely the ZA log will have the most info as it could
block the attempt before Windows Firewall catches it, or Windows Firewall
might pick up things that ZA misses.
However running two software firewalls is not really a good idea as you
can have conflicts between them and then neither work well. If you want a
more secure system then run a software firewall on the PC and Install a
router that has a built in firewall.
