how do i turn off personal firewalls and internet
securities?

Which firewalls are you referring to? XP firewall or other ?
Second:
Why do want to turn it / them off?
Third:
What do you mean by internet securities?
Internet explorer settings or anti virus or spyware programs?
Please give more information
