I am so confused. To start with the first clue to knowing
the fact that something is wrong. When I sign onto the
internet and go to hotmail.com the sign-in screen comes
up. The same "box" that I am to type in my password ID
and then press sign-on a message occurs in a tan shaded
area.

And I am anle to sign on and check my mail but I cannot do
certain commands like:
add a contact using the short cut method
open anything from an email
and at the bottom of my inbox there is a message that I
don't have the code to right now. somthing about curmbox..
my junkmail folder usually gets like 30-70 junk mails and
it only shows some and at the end of the "given" list a
different message appears in place of the rest of my
mail. The program is trying to tell me that something is
wrong and I haven't the knowledge to know what. So if
anybody could help me.... I can get you more information
