Hi,
I found curious your post since that I'm kind of having such problems with NORTONSYSTEMWORKS,N Firewall. Before I was using just NSW,later I noticed that SYSTEM RESTORE wasn't working the way It should. Then, I uninstall NSW .
S R still not working. So,I decided to do the same with NF.Still nothing...besides ,I got problems with checkdisk ,It wasn't checking HD with XP Pro.So,I ran FDISK to clean the partition and then a clean reinstall of XP PRO wich ran good 'till I install ZONE ALARM (FREE UPDATED VERSION),and I created a restore point. This time Sistem Restore worked but,CHECKDISK DOEN'T.So ,FIREWALL Z Alarm was the problem with checkdisk. But ,I gettin' sick and tired to track those things ,you know?
Gotta any idea?
Thank
Osny
