You could encrypt a drive/partition with EFS if you have XP Pro. However you can not
encrypt the whole system drive that includes the operating system files and user
profiles. be very careful with EFS or any encryption because you can lose access to
your files without backups of your encryption private keys. Se the link below for
best practices on EFS. Using ntfs permissions with each user having their own user
account is the usually way to control access to folders/files/applications. ---
