email and xp security probs

Recently I have been getting at least 5 emails a day with
viruses attached to them. They say they are from
Microsoft (but I know better), with a subject of update,
patch, virus protection and so on. I have ran my virus
protection many times: no virus. I have downloaded all
updates for XP and still hasn't helped! It's driving me
crazyl; anyone know the next step??

Hello;
You did not state the problem you are having. If it is the
influx of Swen e-mail, you can do nothing about it except
filter your own incoming mail, and or, complain to your
ISP. You, and they, are the ones responsible for what is
happening.

patches and AV programs do NOT stop the receiving if email!!!!
