e-mail notices

I keep getting notices that email delivery has failed,
they are pointing to unknown sites and to addresses that I
do not know. How can I block these from coming into my
account? They also seem to have a poorly copied MS logo
and header.

It is either you or someone who has your e-mail address in his/her address book was sending viruses (using your e-mail address in the FROM field). That's why all bouces return to you.
Check your computer with the antivirus (lastest updates!) and if it finds nothing don't worry about those bounces.
