For the past couple of days, I have been getting e-mails
supposedly from Microsoft saying.."Use this Patch
immediately".It has an attachment, which I didn't open.
I assume this isn't coming from you?

MS will never send executable code with an email. It is a virus.

It is not coming from Microsoft. It is a virus that falsifies the address.
If you had read a bit you would see that this is totally bogus. The F.A.Q
that is posted every day that answers this question is posted so you can
read this.
