HI,

I've applied a IPSEC certification from a Windows2000 standalone CA for
administrator ( local machine) ,then add a domain user --"test01"--
into the local administrators group. When I login domain with test01
,and use the certification to authenticate with the CA , it's failed .

why it happens? the domain user --test01-- has full right of the PC,
but cannot use the certification ?

help me!!

Notice the S
Administrator an account (with a cert store)
Administrators a group, a collection of accounts (without any properties
that belong to the member accounts)
