Hi,

That's a major bug you have there, post a report in the SpyBot Forum:
http://forums.net-integration.net/index.php?s=96ece0319bbe3a5a1cae8554089ea7d3&showforum=28

Uninstall instructions, if required:

As I stated, this is NOT a problem with spybot but with Norton.
Reported work around:

Norton stuffed up (again). The fix is to:

1. Roll back your system date.
2. Go to IE tools, internet options, advanced and disable "check for
publisher's certificate revocation" and "check for server certificate
revocation".

Spybot has a recovery feature if it accidentally removes
a needed file running recovery will bring it back. Also
be aware you may have had a Trojan hiding in a word file
and it was removed by spybot. Make sure you have an
arsenal of virus and Trojan removing software that is
kept updated

Good Luck

>Spybot has a help section. You will also see a restore
option in case you wiped out something you needed. The
last time you ran Spybot and checked for problems...did
you have any? If you did, did you click on the button
that says fix problems? Maybe you deleted something that
needs to be hooked into MS Word. I don't really know, but
just suggesting retracing your steps. Greg

SpyBot itself will not cause you problems.
Accidentally removing things you need, using SpyBot, can
indeed cause problems. If the work around for the
Norton's problem doesn't resolve your issue, or if you
have problems in the future after a scan/removal, try the
Spybot "Recovery" button.
