On the computer or computers that you want to configure this on [where the
user logs onto with RD] open the appropriate security policy -
local/domain/OU and go to security settings/local policies/security settings
and enable the option for do not display last user logon. This works for a
local console logon which TS is supposed to be also so I hope it works in
