The directory datatype cannot be converted to/from native DS datat

Hi,

We are using a LDAP sync service. We are facing no problem when it was run
on Windows XP. But we are getting the following error on Windows Server 2003
with Service Pack 2. More importantly this error is coming once in a couple
of days but this will executes continously.

Sorry I forgot to mention the exact error information.

Error message is "The directory datatype cannot be converted to/from a
native DS datatype"
