I have recently had to put up as many guards as possible
to keep someone out out of my pc
Iv put up so many, that now I have difficultly getting
into some things eg. yahoo mail, and other sites I often
frequent.
Too many cookie barriers probably, but I dont know how to
correct this.
Help please

What makes you think it's related to cookies?
What exactly have you done?
First thing to do to secure your computer is to install/configure a
firewall.

I thought it might be related to cookies, as when i try
to get into yahoo mail, it tells me "If i do not accept
cookies set on login or your comp is not configured to
accept cookies.
But i dont know how to correct this.

Once IE is started
Select 'tools'
select 'internet options'
select 'privacy' tab.

Now you should see your cookie options. If you press
the 'default' button, the cookies should return to where
web sites will accecpt them, with IE determing who's
cookies will be accepted.
