I have more that one email account, but i recently changed my password a few weeks ago, for one of my email accounts, sadly i cannot remember the password n secrete question. Are there any other ways or methods i can go by in finding this info out?

No. You will need to contact your ISP's tech support and have them
change that password for you. No one will know the password except you,
and it won't be anywhere in plain text on your computer (unless you
made yourself a note in Notepad and saved it).

Some ISP's have a way to sign in using the master username and signon
password and then "administer" the e-mail account(s), they allow the
user to change the e-mail password without knowing the old one.

What e-mail account? What ISP?
