Have you tried a www.google.com search first? It suggests this is likely
part of Norton Antivirus.

Usually associated with Symantec/Norton anti virus. Which one do YOU have installed ?

ccApp is part of Norton antivirus and is in charge of the auto protect
feature within the product , it makes sure no virus's / other risks are
running on the system and that all incommin and outgoing mail is scanned.
There are two ways to fix this issue

try this one first:

Run live update to see if any patches fixes it

if this doesnt work

go in to the options for the program and untick the option ' scan floppy
drive A; on shutdown'.

restart and the problem should be fixed

Remember to always remove floppy disks before starting the pc as the program
will no longer check the floppy drive for boot viruses!
