With Internet Explorer, I am unable to load such pages as
credit card info, banking info, secure order forms, I
can't buy anything, etc. Email works fine, and I have
checked my security settings and they are on the LOWEST
setting. I tried downloading a possible update from
Windows Update, but Windows Update won't work. I can't
even send a message to Microsoft from their help screens.
I am at a different computer now, in case you were
wondering. Someone please help quick! I pay a lot for the
internet, and I can't even use it for important things.

I also have Internet Explorer 6 and Windows 98 (not
second edition), if that helps.
