This virus/Trojan was not detected by my NAV but It was detected when I did
an online scan. I did everything that it said to remove it but I am unable to
access it in normal or safe mode....any help would be appreciated.

This is a pretty old virus, how up to date are your NAV signatures?

Anyway for help removing this file look on the Symantec site here:

Hi Bigbruva,
Thanks for the reply to my post. My NAV is upto date and still did not
detect this virus. The only way I knew that I had it was using Trend Micro's
online scan, Housecall. As I am running WIN XP Pro I created a local account
with administrative rights and then was able to delete the files that were
affected.

Thanks for your suggestion

Humm...We see SOOOO many posts on this newsgroup about problems with NAV.
I stopped using NAV about 3 years ago so I can't comment on this, but it
does make you wonder if Symantec have dropped the ball!

I'm glad you sorted it out
