I know for certain the version of outlook included with Office 2003 blocks
ALL content from the web by default. I think Office XP has an update on
officeupdate.microsoft.com to do the same - however I think office 2000
might be out of its support cycle (as it's two versions old). please check
on the office website
http://www.microsoft.com/office/
thanks
