What is your mail program or you are talking about web-based mail account...?


Well,assuming that you're talking about the world most used software-the
integrated Outlook Express

Open Outlook Express
Then Tools - Message rules - Blocked Sender List

Then click on Add

or...
you may click on Tools- Message rules - Mail rules -New and make it so that
it best meet your needs.

Email addresses in spam are very easily spoofed. Blocking spam by email
address isn't going to reduce your spam. Better to use the spam blocking
features in your email program, or if there aren't any, find one. There are
some free ones out there.
