For the second time in a week, I am locked out of .NET
Passport because of too many sign-in attempts with
incorrect passwords. What worries me is that I haven't
made any sign-in attempts prior to the one that told me I
am locked out (same as the event earlier this week). What
might be causing this? If someone is trying to hack my
sign-in, what steps should I take?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Make sure that you have a strong password. You might get in touch with
Passport support to see whether they have any clear advice.

I've just looked through about 30 google references to try to find the right
web form for that purpose, and failed, though!
