basicwk.inf vs. defltwk.inf vs. setup security.inf

Does anyone know what the difference is between these 3 security
templates that come with Windows 2000:

basicwk.inf (or basicsv.inf)
defltwk.inf (or defltsv.inf)
setup security.inf

I've seen a few sites that say basicwk.inf (or basicsv.inf) contains
the default settings for Windows 2000.

But I've also seen a few sites that say defltwk.inf (or defltsv.inf)
contains the default settings for Windows 2000.

And I've also seen a few sites that say setup security.inf contains
the default settings for Windows 2000.

The main difference between Basic and Default is that default resets
the local security policy. Open the defltwk.inf (or defltsv.inf) and
view "Setting of privileges & logon rights for well-known users &
groups." See also:
