do you have 'filters' installed on ALL your phone lines?
if not - then you should.
Do you have a mobile/cell phone near your computer?, then that's probably
the reason. As these phones send out/receive a 'I'm hear signal' every so
often, and your PC/speakers/etc are picking up the same signal.
